Africa Day is observed annually on May 25 to commemorate the founding of African Unity (OAU) created on May 25 1963. This year, the Africa Union will be celebrating its 62nd anniversary making the establishment of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) now the African Union (AU) -1963-2025. 2025 Theme is « Revisiting Our History, Shaping Our Future » On this May 25 2025, Arterial Network is celebrating our continent, our cultures and our talents. The pan-african network remains committed to a Creative, United and Innovative AFRICA. In The Africa We Want, The Future is Now… The 5 regions of Africa are mobilizing through the country affiliates of our network to make the voice of cultural actors and arts practitioners on the continent resound to define their priorities and solve their problems. Through the affiliated members, a set of messages is also launched for professionals and decision-makers, for an Africa that is resilient and resolutely standing in the face of rapid and perpetual change.
